Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Fairly clean and amazing place, very welcoming staff. Location short walk to the old town and the major tourist spots in Zurich, and cafes and restaurants. Also, close to the tram stop. Beautifully maintained, modern rooms with big balcony, good shower, good amenities, favourable setting.
